Smoked Chicken Sausage
Based on our time-honored recipes, we handcrafted our new Hatch Chile & Cheddar Smoked Chicken Sausage to be unlike any chicken sausage on shelves today! We use premium ingredients and adhere to old-world, small batch craftsmanship methods to create delicious, naturally smoked sausage.
*Except those occurring naturally in sea salt and celery powder
chicken, pasteurized processed cheddar cheese ([milk, cream, water, salt, sodium phosphate, cheese culture, sodium hexametaphosphate, whey, sorbic acid, enzymes, skim milk, sodium caseinate, sodium citrate, color added], potato starch and powder cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin), water, hatch peppers, sea salt, cultured dextrose, organic cane sugar, cultured celery powder (celery powder, sea salt), black pepper, garlic, red pepper, cherry powder.
Keep refrigerated and use by the date stamped on the package. After opening a package, enjoy this product within seven days.
To maintain premium flavor and quality, we recommend freezing this product no longer than two months. After thawing, enjoy immediately.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place Sausage links on the grill over direct heat. Grill 6-8 minutes turning frequently to prevent burning.
Oven: Heat oven to 375F. Place links on a baking sheet bake for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until heated.
Skillet: Fill skillet with 1/2 inch water and bring to a simmer. Place sausage in a skillet and simmer for approximately 12 minutes, turning frequently, until heated through.
Microwave not recommended. Cooking time and temperatures will vary.
