Grilling

  • Prepare your grill, either gas or charcoal, as you normally would. Not too hot!
  • Place your sausage on the grill, place sausage directly over indirect heat.
  • Grill for 6 to 8 minutes, turning them occasionally to make sure they’re grilled evenly and heated through.
  • And that’s it! Your Kiolbassa Smoked Sausages are ready to serve – plump, juicy, and always delicious!
  • Note: cooking times and temperatures may vary.

Baking

  • Heat oven to 375º F.
  • Spray a baking sheet lightly with nonstick spray (not too much!) and place your sausages on a baking sheet. Then slide the baking sheet into the oven.
  • Bake the sausages for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Your Kiolbassa Smoked Sausages are now ready to serve. Enjoy! (But don’t rush…savor every bite!)

Stove

  • Prepare sausages for frying either as whole links, or slice them, about a half inch thick.
  • Over medium heat, bring 1/2 cup of water to simmer.
  • Add the sausage to the pan. Careful, it’s hot!
  • Cover and let sausages simmer for 6 to 12 minutes, turning frequently.
  • Voila’! Your slow-crafted® Kiolbassa Smoked Sausages are now ready to serve…and devour!
