Consume within 3 days after opening. Store in freezer unopened up to 2 months.

Use a knife to slice the casing length wise, then peel off. Place chorizo in a non stick skillet over medium heat, breaking the chorizo up with wooden spoon. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, until product has reached an internal temperature of 160°F. Cooking times will vary.
