Using a knife, slice the chorizo link lengthwise then peel off and dispose of casing. Place the meat in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes (meat should reach a temperature of 160° F. Cooking times will vary. The natural pork casing can be consumed by the customer as long as it is also cooked to 160° F.
